How do I resubmit or update payment information?

Tip: Your bank may decline the payment method for your Vitaminsfromusa order so customers may be asked to resubmit or update their payment information. To protect your security and privacy, your bank can’t provide Vitaminsfromusa with information about why your payment was declined. Please contact your bank for any payment-related questions.

How to resubmit or update payment information
There are two ways to update your payment information:

1) Update your account
Go to the Orders page.
You’ll see an Order needs your attention notification if further action is required.
Select View Orders and scroll down to the Waiting for Payment notification.
Select Update Payment and provide the required information.
After providing the requirement information, the status of your order will change to Fulfilling within 2 hours. No additional action is required on your end.
2) Click the link from update payment information email sent by Vitaminsfromusa
If you need to resubmit or update your payment information, Vitaminsfromusa will notify you by sending an email to update your payment information. If you click the link in the email, you’ll be prompted to re-enter your payment information or use a different payment method for your order.

Please note, you have 48 hours to update the payment information after receiving our email notification. If not completed within 48 hours, the order will be canceled and you will not be charged for the order.

I can’t resubmit or update my payment information. What now?
It is recommended you do the following:

  • Contact your bank or third party payment provider about payment security policies.
    They may be flagging any unexpected activity on your account. This includes first-time orders and high-value purchases, regardless of the amount of funds available or your credit limit. Your bank or third party payment provider might require your verbal authorization to proceed with a transaction.
  • Contact your bank about daily withdrawal or purchase limits.
    Banks may have withdrawal and spending limits. If this amount is exceeded, your bank might block your account from any further activity. Your bank may require you to request a higher purchase limit to complete the transaction.
  • Contact your bank or third party payment provider to ensure sufficient funds are available.
    Your payment may be declined due to a lack of available funds.
  • For international customers, contact your bank or third party payment provider to confirm if your card is eligible for international transactions.
  • Update your order’s payment method.
    If you can’t resolve the payment issue with your bank or third party payment provider in a timely manner, you can update the payment method for your order to another card or cancel the order and try to use another payment method.
    Refunds for canceled orders due to failed payment
    Rest assured, you will not be charged for any canceled orders. Pending transactions on your payment method will be voided according to your bank’s processing policy.

As a friendly reminder, Vitaminsfromusa does not receive payment unless orders have shipped from our warehouses. That way, customers will not be charged for any successfully canceled orders.

If you don’t see the funds in your account within 7-10 business days, please contact the bank or card issuer associated with your payment method. Vitaminsfromusa is unable to assist you further since payment was never received.
